MACHINIST
Seeking experienced CNC Machine Set-Up person who will be responsible for efficiently completing setups and production on CNC Vertical Mills 3 axis and 5 axis and CNC Lathes. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining part quality, setup and production run quantities. Requirements: Must be able to inspect finished parts to +/- .001 ensuring company quality standards are kept. Know how to use various tools such as micrometers, calibers, and edge finders. Must be able to troubleshoot and make manual adjustments to keep parts within specific tolerances. Have excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to maintain a clean work space. Must be able to multitask in the shop. Must be self-sufficient.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for maintaining 3D models and 2D drawings in accordance with company and client standards. The perfect candidate will create and prepare process drawings, 3D models, details, and drawing sheet packages for production. They will design, model, document, analyze, manufacture, and test electronic components, products, and systems. Requirements: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Strong background in mechanical design and drafting is a must. Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience with AutoCAD. Must be proficient in Autodesk Inventor, or similar 3D solid modeling / CAD package experience or training in college. Autodesk Plant 3D is a plus. Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures. Communicate effectively. Adapt to change. Use critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
SHOP TECHNICIAN | ASSEMBLER
Requirements: High School degree or equivalent. General knowledge of hand and power tools. Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Follow work orders and instructions/learn new techniques. Basic computer skills. Experience in manufacturing preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
